Great news: everything that made The LEDStudio special, its brand, its product range and its expertise, now lives inside AV Studio International. AV Studio International Limited (company number 17164976) is a new and entirely separate company, with no connection to the company in administration. On 6 July 2026 AV Studio International purchased the business name, goodwill, registered trademark, domains, customer database and the intellectual property from the Joint Administrators. That means the products you know have carried straight across: the same designs, the same innovation, the same high performance and the same quality standards as before. AV Studio International now manufactures and supplies the full product range.

AV Studio International is securely funded,backed by a number of investors including a British family trust. The business starts from a clean and stable financial footing, with the resources in place to invest in the brand, the product range and our customers for the long term.
We are delighted that Rob, the original brains behind The LED Studio, is central to this new chapter. Rob advised the AV Studio International investors on the acquisition of the goodwill and the setup of the new business and he will take a central role going forward. He is joined by a team with deep experience of these products and faces many in the industry will already recognise. The expertise and experience that built the brand are now inside the new company and we are not stopping there. We are actively considering the acquisition of other businesses in this space and hope to announce more activity shortly.
In addition, we are pleased to work with Michiel Hettinga, the CEO of LED Studio Europe GmbH, who brings deep expertise and guidance to AV Studio International as we launch into the LED market space.
Any new UK orders or contracts are placed directly with AV Studio International Ltd on our current terms. If you had been holding off until the position was clear, it now is: the old company is gone, and the brand, the products, and the IP are in new, well-funded hands. AV Studio International Ltd is now open for business and LED Studio Europe GmbH remains open for business and we would welcome the opportunity to work with you. We are also investing in an exciting new website to enhance the customer experience - launching shortly.
